Person Of Interest Benefit Screening Website Launch

September 14th, 2009 Posted in Uncategorized | No Comments »
POI_logo This posting is a little late. We actually launched the website for the benefit screening for the movie Person Of Interest a couple weeks ago but I wanted to drive it home a little more here in a blog post. To start with, if you haven’t already purchased your tickets for the screening at Egyptian Theater this Wednesday night, here is where you can do so.

Why should you go to the benefit screening? Because I have actually had the good fortune of already being able to see the movie (needed background for designing the website) and can tell you it is more than worth your $8. Not only is Person Of Interest a great movie, but by simply attending the benefit screening, you will be helping to put the finishing touches on this film that are going to help boost it to “Hollywood” quality. Of course many of you may not even notice the small details (post production, sound, etc.) that are needed to finish this project, it’s already that good. Plus you get a sneak peak at a movie that will soon sure to be winning awards at Sundance Film Festival among others. How cool is it to be able to be a part of something so cool and also support great local artists, writers, and filmakers?

Also – please check out the website that I helped design and was developed by Wirestone for the movie, which is directed by Gregory Bayne and written by J. Reuben Appleman.

I hope to see you all at the screening this Wednesday night!

Atomic Salon Biz and Helpful Hint Cards

July 29th, 2009 Posted in Uncategorized | No Comments »

I was recently given the opportunity to work on some new branding and print work for Atomic Salon on Vista Ave. They were running short on their old biz cards and had hired some new girls. Not only did they need some more cost effective cards made (they give them out to every customer as “next appointment” cards also) but they needed a design that was better representative of the salon, it’s colors, attitude, etc. We also made some “Helpful Hints” cards to match the look and feel of the biz cards and you may even start seeing some print ads soon if you haven’t already. Is there a web site in the works? You’ll just have to wait and find out.

Gigs Music Store Business Cards

So my buddy Andy A. owner of Gigs Music Store on Orchard St. in Boise saw my own personal business cards and wanted me to make him some just like them. Only for Andy would I use similar designs from my own personal brand. Of course the cards turned out awesome!

New Website Launched – TraegerWorld.com

July 29th, 2009 Posted in Uncategorized | No Comments »

For those of you who haven’t heard yet, TraegerWorld.com was recently launched. It is a great ecommerce site which I designed and was developed by Brian Cohen of Intercarve Networks. The website obviously sells Traeger Grills, but also includes other cool accessories. If you are looking for a Traeger Grill, these are the guys to buy one from since they will beat any other online price! We had a great time working with Ian and Trevor from TraegerWorld and are obviously quite excited to be launching this new site! Hope you like it!

Movin’ On Up!

March 16th, 2009 Posted in Uncategorized | No Comments »

For those of you who haven’t heard already, I was recently laid off.  With the economy as it is, I know most everyone is thinking “Oh, lame. Sorry dude. That sucks.”  But I’m actually excited to be going out looking for bigger and better opportunities. This just means there is a more perfect job match out there for me somewhere. And I am going to find it.

So I have also had the chance to finally update my portfolio and resume. Please browse around and check it out. Let me know if there is anything you’d like to see more of. I think I have this site working pretty slick now, so there is no reason for me to keep content updated often.

I am also currently going to be doing the “freelance” thing, so if you have a project I can help you with, please email me!
